    sweet potatoes are awesome. I cut them into medallions, then toss them with some EV olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and a bit of steak e. Then bake them till tender. Really good.

    tons of turkey, sweet potatoes, milk, beets, greens, pumpkin pie!!!! cranberries as well!

    what's everyone eating for Thanksgiving....for me it will be turkey, sweet potato, broccoli, and spinach, and cranberries.

    I wouldn't call $50 Can for 2 K cheap...but yeah, the chocolate is not that chocolatey

    I normally have 2 egg whites plus one whole egg instead of protein powder in the morning but i woke up late

    Thanks for the invite,
    today, we having:
    7:30- 1/2 cup whole oats, banana, scoop EAS protein powder (23g P), tbsp ground flax seed
    11:00- 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice
    1:00- 1 cup leafy green salad with 1 tbsp E.V. olive oil & vinegar, 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice
    3:00- 1 scoop protein powder with 8 oz skim milk
    7:00- 6 oz chicken with 1-2 cups leafy green salad, olive oil & vinegar
    64 oz water at least
