The vials will be full, that means hardly any air which means hardly any pressure increase as its the air that expands, the oil doesn't (negligible)

Anyways what temp do people believe is high enough to kill any left over bacteria but low enough to not damage the test.

Are there any problems with this theory?

Instead of putting 15 grams of Creatine into my Protein shake I put 15 teaspoons (15 tsp X 5 grams = 75grams) of Creatine. Is there anything I should worry about? I am still drinking plenty plenty of water. I added this to the powder to disolve it. I also had the beeker inside a pan with water in it and the temp. on low, and stirred it until everything was dissolve. Once that was complete i put cottonseed oil to the mixture i left the sove on low and kept stirring until i felt that it was enough. Now alot of you guys say that it should already look clear and yellow, well mine was a milky color until i fitered a little.Next i used a 10ml syringe with an 18 g needle to draw out 10ml of the solution. Oce i did thast i took the needle off and put a whatman 45u filter and attached the needle back on. Then i proceeded to filter the product by pushing on the syringe into a 100ml sterile and sealed vial once i got the first 10ml in there i took the filter off and attached just the needle on to it to draw another 10ml out of the solution. then once that was done i took the needle off attached the filter back on and put needle back on. Then again i proceeded to filter the contents by pushing on the syringe into the 100ml vial once i got halfway thru that period it started to get very difficult to push and liquid thru and again i just stopped coming out. Like i said before it sems to me that the powder that i received is either garbage or they might have added a cutting agent to it to increase the weight,as i know i have done the steps correctley. This is my guess now i hope you pros out there can give me an idea of what you think is going on and how to fix it i would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking about running through a cofee filter and se if that loosens it up thank john sorry for flaming you jdjack i was just ed off for this simple thing to be over with as i have alot of money t up in this project of mine.
