I have started to see gains in myself that i couldnt get before and would like to continue with anabolic steroids but i am weary as to wether it will show up in my medical!! sorry if this has been asked many times but i am just looking for a bit of reasurance as to what the best thing for me to do is.:worried:

As a sauard and general rule of thumb does everyone remain anonymous behind their usernames on Elite Fitness? currently I have nothing to hide but I just want my username changed and one of my threads to be deleted.

I am pretty sure they do not test for anabolic steroids but maybe?? I had couple panic attacks recently and took xanax of which I'm not prescribed.

My questions... I did not take much at all so will these tests pick it up? how far back in time do these tests go? (i've heard 90 days, also 1 year) And Is there anything I can do to make sure I pass like some sort of shampoo or some crazy .
