I have been taking part in endurance events for approx 5 years (marathons and Triathlon)
This summer I have entered an Ironman event, I have started to take a cycle of Turanibol (40mg per day) to help build strength of legs for the Bike section, however I am now concerned about the possible effects it may have on stamina. I ran a 20 mile fell race yesterday and felt very tired from halfway onwards, is this an effect of the tbol or should it improve my endurance. Any advice would be welcome.
