Need help with food please

Hey, trying to drop some weight workout 4 days a week, have long commute and work long hours. I leave about 6:30am work then gym and get home about 11 at night. I have to take all food with me. Any easy ideas that I can take, I have no way to hear food so it must be cold food. Thanks
 
Sounds like a very long work day! Cook all your chicken, other meat and boiled eggs on your off day(s) and store them in Tupperware so they're ready to go, and you can eat it cold (even though it's not as good). You can also make mixed veggies, brown rice and protein shakes beforehand too and store them.
