hey guys i finished with my bulking for the year and now its time to cut up for summer and college. i am a personal trainer, so i need to look good to make money.
my question is.........do you find that sleep makes a huge difference on your body composition? the reason i ask is the past 3 months i slept like and now that im not taking Prohormones
and ephedra/caffeine, it seems that my sleep quality is WAAAAYYYYY better than before. i was getting maybe 2-3 hours a night, but now im getting 5-6 hours and its huge difference. im hoping as my body recovers my sleep quality will get better and the length of sleep time as well.
