Carb back loading

So just watched a video with Ben pakulski where he talks about his bra loading and the science behind it,

However it has left me with a few more questions, if you have a body fat of less then 10-11% should you include some carbs for breakfast! then zero carb till after evening workout?

Has anyone had good results from it? I'd be interested in hearing about it
 
I am currently on the carb back loading diet. It works wonders for me. I also did it about a year ago and went from about %16 to %11 percent body body fat pretty quick. As far as carbs in the morning, no. The science behind it only works if u stay below the 30 grams of carbs allowance throughout the day until after your evening training session. Really the only carbs u can eat throughout the day are veggies, so get plenty of those. I suggest finding the book by Keifer, it will tell u everything u need to know. I was fortunate to pick up the download for free.
 
Hello I would like to know more about carb back loading?
Is that like carb cycling?
