There is nothing illegal on that site anyway so why worry? I doubt the Postmaster is gonna have a problem with the empty gel caps you might get in the mail.

Nothing is illegal that will get you locked up for having a personal supply.
The point is..those products esp Liquid Nolva LiquidDex are common product associated w/ AAS. It could lead to an investigation on the ppl that order from that site. To see if AAS products are also being used.

Any and all source checks should be Privately Communicated with a mod.
