I'm assuming the following to be true...
The chances of running across a faked glass ampule of gear are negligible because the originator would have to have the equipment to manufacture and seal a glass ampule.
The chances of running across a faked bottle of gear with a corked seal a much greater since it can be filled with nothing more than a syringe.
Given that both are true, are there any common ways to spot fakes or spot bottles that have been emptied and refilled?
