my method

I prefer to use it like a suppository. Get some vaseline out and just stuff a few pills up there. It can really give you the shits though, it makes those bowel muscles contract real fast. I also like to slice my vein open and then just sprinkle the powderized tablets right on the cut....its great for all you masochist kids out there.
Also, you could fuckin swallow about 60-120mcg spread out over the day....but that way is just for pussies!
