computer idiot here........need help

i want to down size some pictures for avatar...........how do i do it???

Go into windows paint shop, there is an option for "Image Size", scale the pixels down to 70 x 70 or whatever the max for this site is.

The max size here is 100x100. If you really are clueless then post the pic and ask someone to resize it for you. You just need a graphics program to resize it. I'm beating 10-1 there is some kinda graphics program on your computer right now
