| I have so many friends that go and work out, eat right, etc. but never do anything but lift and use the stairmaster or cross trainer. I'll try to get them to do something outside and I get looked at like,"Why the hell would I want to do something out there?". Baseball, no. Football, no. Snowshoeing, no. Why the fock bother going to 4 spin classes wa week if you're going to let a $4K mountain bike gather dust? I don't get it. I'm frustrated. Okthanksbye. | |

| Im probably more active outside the gym I play rugby,whitewater kayak,snowboard,bike,go for walks for no reason,play on my trampoline. and though I have friends to snowboard with occasionally,the I do most of this stuff on my own and meet people when Im on the river or mountain. I find this type of activity much more rewarding then working out which is sometimes really boring | |

| Not much anymore, which is something that es me off. I used to play bball all the time, but have slowed down with work and living in a new (geigh ass) state. but i am buying a road bike in a few weeks just for this reason, plus my nuts look sweet in spandex. | |

| I play softball and volleyball.. and will go on a run or bike ride from time to time as well. I try to stay pretty active, moreso during the warmer months. | |

| That's the ironic part. I find myself not doing things I would a year ago cause Im trying to add muscle. Seems sort of pointless. But I will be playing hoops more regularly in the spring, and I miss jogging really bad. It always helped me think and clear my head | |
