What's the difference between N-Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL and ALCar ?

Will N-acetyl HCL type have the same effect as ALCar?

hey bro, it the same thing. N-Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride is the preferred chemical name in fields like chem, biochem, med, etc...Acetyl-l-Carnitine (ALCar) is the same thing. But be careful not to confuse it with plain L-Carnitine - this one has very low bioavailability and to put it simply doesn't do jack.
