My workouts have gone up a notch since taking VIGOR! Did back/bi's today and the pump was incredible! I took 2 prior to my workout and 2 more capsules after my workout with BIG BLAST. I am still pumped some 3 hours later! I feel a good steady energy and focus from this product.

I have been taking this product with my breakfast and my afternoon shake on my non-workout days.

I also started taking DEFINITION today. I drank a ton of water today and have been peeing a lot. I'm in decent shape and I swear I look leaner already. I took one serving first thing in the am and prior to my evening workout.

These products look good. Hey Nelson, do you see any benefit in taking more that what the label recommends on these products? From experience, I like 2 servings of Unleashed per day and 5 capsules of ZIP when I'm taking it. It seems to work better for me.

Awesome. Glad to hear it. As for taking higher dosages, yeah, of course more is going to be more potent though I wouldn't go higher than a double dose.

im not sure ive been taking it long enough to see anything. one of the problem of many for me is, ive been on amplify 02 for like 3-4 months and i dont remember what its like to have normal pump. so i dont know if its working or im normal again. also i havent been eating much lately. i know thats not good one meal a day. stress is a motha
