Has anyone tried Ribose-C from Biotest?

SAVE YOUR MONEY.

If u look at the nutritional facts, it has a very little amount of servings per container. TOO little to be effective.

Also, there are not enough documented studies to validate the effectiveness of ribose.

IMHO, stick with creatine. Prolab creatine or any other CREApure creatine are reputable. PLus they are cheaper than Biotests' overhyped products.

The product is a scam. I don't know of anyone including myself who has had positive results using Ribose. And you can forget about the creatine in the product because it's not stable in liquid form. So unless you want to buy a bottle of creatinine, which is the waste product of creatine, I'd suggest you save your money or buy some regular creatine. Of note, CREApure is nothing more than a trademark. It is not any better than regular creatine. It's nothing more than a marketing gimmick to try to make it sound better than the competition.
