stupid question.
It should really be a balance between most stupid lawsuits and most valiant lawsuits (a cost:benefit analysis). ACLU has had a large amount of dumb lawsuits, but they have a lot of very important ones. About everyone here seems to hate Aschcroft's policies and yet they do jack about them. The ACLU fights every inch of the way against Ashcroft and the gov's encroachment of Civil Liberties. |
