any lawyers, x cops, x jail birds! need some help

Say someone gets arrested for a non-violent 3rd degree felony in lets say florida. Then moves accross the country to california. What are the odds they will extradite you back to florida if the warrent shows up during a traffic stop.

I know they take you in but the state of the offense only has so long to come pick you up. I just dont know if they would bother with it since the county in question is already having problems finding places for the local offenders.

Granted you cant say for sure but just any personal experience would help.

FLORIDA AND CA. DON'T EXTRADITE WELL BETWEEN EACH OTHER FROM WHAT I'M TOLD. MY COUSIN IS IN THE REVERSE THING RIGHT NOW AND THEY NEVER SENT HIM BACK TO CA.

IT ALSO DEPENDS ON IF IT IS A BENCH/FUGITIVE/ACTIVE WARRANT. MOST LIKELY IT WILL BE IN NCIC. I DONT THINK YOU WILL BE EXTRADITED FOR A 3RD DEGREE FELONY THOUGH. WHAT IS YOUR CHARGE?

cultivation of marijuana is what the charge would be. I am on probation now for it and i if i get busted again then i for sure have to do some time. I am almost done growing though.........2 more harvest thats it.

Just keeping my options open.
