21 years old starting bodybuilding. Getting ready for my 2nd show

Hello everyone. Im new to this site and fairly new to bodybuilding. I just turned 21 in January and competed in my first bodybuilding show this past week and took 4th in the heavyweight class. Im looking to improve and learn a lot from this site and see what other people do in order to prep for shows as well as learn about anabolic steroids for when I eventually use them down the road. This is where Im at currently. 5'9" 225 pounds and I can cut down all the way to 185. my bodyfat is currently around 7% and my waist is 32".     | |

Looking good, my opinion is you need to come in more conditioned.. legs arent where they should be. | |

yeah Im trying to sharpen that up for my next show. 15 weeks away. Im glad I did my first show now I know more and what to expect. Appreciate the feedback. | |
