is it a waste to stack rad140 with LGD?

Exactlt what the title states. Interested in both but im a little confused on the pathways. I know osta and lgd are a waste to stack. Does that go for rad140 and lgd?

I believe that people use one or the other in a stack, rather than together. But I haven't used Rad-140 personally yet. It's relatively new and I only started hearing about it at the beginning of this year.
