I just got the TI-200 in early December for an early christmas present for myself (needed the statistics for class). My parents got me some of the additional programs for the Voyage for christmas.
I see why the TI-92 and TI-92plus were discontinued now... even the 200 is short on flash memory. I couldn't even download the mech engg program... thing takes like 550+ Kb. We were wondering what was preventing Texas Instruments from integrating seperate memory chips into their third calculator of this style -- or at least putting, say, 10Mb of flash memory instead of the 2.7Mb. It seems to be a great tool, though. I just need more time to learn how to use it. |

Yes i know what you mean re; learning to use it, it still is the best on the market, i used to have the HP48GX, but i am very dissapointed with HP since they stopped any further reaserch.. This is actually harder to learn than some of the math but it really is a pleasure. H |
