This kind of stuff's been around for years. Under a different name though. Aminophyline is the active substance and it looks like they've thrown a few extra bat parts in to spice up the brew. The reason it's so expensive is that they figure they'll soak you up front because you'll never come back for more. The whole thing about it being delivered via the skin sounds hokus to me. But you could mix it up with some DMSO and smear it around. If the stuff is oil soluable it just might work.
