Is anabolicum worth it?

I am obviously a newbie to the board but I am very familiar with AS and the types out there. I was just wondering what you guys know about anabolicum because I have a source that can get it for me but he's asking $400 for 20cc's. If you ask me that is pretty high for 20cc's. I understand from him it is a form of Deca. I just don't want to get scammed in the end.
