Cutting diet

Well bros, you've given me a world of help with cardio, and I truely appreciate it, one thing left, the diet. Now, I've had a brief stint with the keto diet(two weeks), but I didn't feel comfortable with it. Basically I need to know what you guys eat while dieting. This isn't for a contest, I'm just looking to shed a few pounds of fat. I've learned to stay away from sugars, and dairy products(excluding eggs), but I don't know what I can eat. Just give me a sample meal and tell me what part of the day you ate it in. Between a few of the bro's here I'm sure I'll be able to scrape this thing together. Also, any tips on helping me stick with it?

This is my bulking and cutting diet. I bulk and cut at the same time. He he I have only been doing this a couple months. This shit makes me feel good. If I eat pizza or something with refined carbohydrates, I feel like shit after wards.


6:00am Organic Oatmeal two frozen chicken breasts, half an antelope
8:00am two Boca burgers
10:00am two cups is cups of organic brown rice and two chicken breasts
12:00am blended organic spinach two cup's, broccoli whole stalk and protein powder to make an MRP plus ice in thermos
2:00 Boca chicken nuggets one package
4:00 kidney beans, brown rice and egg whites
6:00 same and half an antelope
8:00 Some MRP that tastes nasty from the protein factory.

Friend, one of my lighter meals:
Shredded chicked breast/ w lite soy sauce
1 can beets
1 cup no fat cottage cheese

not to interesting but its a good solid cutting meal.
 
Here's what I do for a cutting diet. Depending on your weight, if you wanted to follow something similar to this you'd have to adjust the caloric intake. This is what I did after my deca/dbol cycle, weighing about 213 lbs. Got down to 205, which is where I'm at now.

Meal 1 - 8:00 am
1 packet regular flavored instant quaker oatmeal
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
3 egg whites
16oz water

Meal 2 - 11:00 am
2 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices turkey breast
2 tblsp mustard
16oz water

Meal 3 - 2:00 (pre-workout)
1/2 bagel

Meal 4 - 5:00 (post-workout)
Myoplex MRP with water

Meal 5 - 7:00
1 5oz can tuna
16oz water

Meal 6 - 10:00
1 5oz can chicken
16oz water

Now this worked real well for me, and this is just a sample of one day, but the cals are figured out through calculating my AMR and BMR (active and basic metabolic rate).
