8/11/00 64.2 kgs wk 7 deca
15/11/00 65.2 kgs wk 8 deca
22/11/00 66 kgs wk 9 deca
29/11/00 67.6 kgs wk 10 deca
06/12/00 66.8 kgs wk 11 deca
13/12/00 69.4 kgs wk 12 deca
20/12/00 69.6 kgs wk 13 deca
27/12/00 wk 14 deca
03/01/01 67.4 kgs wk 15 deca
10/01/01 68.2 kgs wk 16 deca
17/01/01 68.8 kgs
22/01/01 68.2 kgs
09/01/01 68.4 kgs
05/02/01
12/02/01 67.6 kgs
19/02/01 66.8 kgs
28/02/01 65.4 kgs
I would normally hold the gains for at least 3 months. As you can see this did not happen this time. Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
I know this is not musch info to go on, but diet is ok and workouts are high intensity with reps to failure and drop sets to failure. 4 days a week. [2 on - 1 off - 2 on - weekend off]
Lifting weights are a bit misleading as I work in totally strict form, so have omitted them.
I have done this thru my Dr so far but am now seriously thinking of "going it alone" so that I can design a stack that will work and that will pack on more weight as lean as possible. This last time I had a rise in body fat which has never happened before.
I am fine to work out a cycle that is good for general use but wanted some input on any differences that there may be for thos with HIV.
Thanks guys.....
