Hi, I am new to this forum and I am looking for answers regarding a new interest I have acquired! I'm 21 years old been an avid lifter since age 13 but only recently became serious about my nutrition and training. I'm 5'10' 175 lbs and 14% bf give or take. My diet is on point as of a month ago when I decided I wanted to compete; 40% protein 40% carb 20% fat...I'll adjust as I go this is just the start. Doing a 6 meal split 8oz of chicken and an equal amount of carbs depends on the source (sweet potato or rice) per meal, with various greens, the 6th meal no carbs. Now, I've messed around with phs and var but it's time to get serious I understand the sport and I am not going to get on a stage for second place.
Planning on running test e 500mg weekly for 12 weeks start 60 mg of var ed on week 8 and run that through to week 14 of my cycle (2weeks past the last pin) then run a pct with tamoxifen at 40 mg ed for 6 weeks.
I'm open to any input but please don't try to talk me out I accept the potential risks.
