Hey guys!
I'm currently running Tren Ace & Prop, 100mg eod, 3th week, bulking.
My chest is really lagging and underdeveloped compared to back, legs.. (One of the reasons I started another cycle).
So my question is, if anyone could give me good chest routine for twice a week, how many exercises, sets, reps..
Because my knowledge seem to be bad when it comes to chest and I want to bring it up the best way possible while I'm on cycle, so I would really love to hear your opinions, thanks a lot everyone!!
