Should I be injecting test with ultradrol? I've just been taking it by itself.

Ultradrol is very suppressive of natural testosterone production so running it with a testosterone base will defiantly make you get more out of the pro-hormone.
If you add testosterone to your cycle - make sure to add an AI as well to keep estrogen in the low-normal range. Aromasin is the best AI choice as it is a suicide AI and there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage.
Also make sure to run a good PCT after your cycle, such as the perfect PCT protocol: The Perfect Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) - Evolutionary.org
