Sus 250 & Deca 250

I have a buddy who is running deca 250 with his sus 250 , he just started the cycle 8 days ago and says one of his nipples is sensitive. I know gynecomastia is caused by a hormonal imbalance but, it wouldn't be happening this early right? I personally have no fkn idea so if someone could help answer some questions that would be great and much appreciated. Thanks!

its likely just sensitivity due to hormone flux, it could end up being gyno if hes not even using a basic AI.....
