I was thinking just take a tiny finger amount every day rather then just chuck it

They are still potent. The water just effects and breaks down the binder of the capsule. The raw hormone is still effective.

I'm not sure what you can do with that though. You can take the ones intact a bit.

both are cheap where you are wasting your time salvaging that disaster. it looks like its all mixed up
