Saw palmetto hinders gains?

I bought some Saw Palmetto to prevent hairloss and protect prostate. First off is it actually effective? And if so at what doseage?

I have heard that it will hinder gains, is this true?

ive been told that it inhibits DHT the same way propecia does. this could hinder gains if true.

I really don't believe that saw p. hurts gains any more than nolva does. It sure is a god send for a enlarged prostate though. Its effect on the prostate is not by inhibition of dht, but rather by its unique action on inflammed prostate tissue, it acts as a prostate antiinflammatory. How it works were not entirely sure, but we are sure that it works. I don't believe that saw p. will do diddly to prevent hairloss, on less you have hair on your prostate. I also think that an individual must experiment to find his own correct dose.
