I''m running s4 right now @50mg and loving it, strength is up and weight I'm only down 2lbs since coming off a long cycle. When this runs out I am going to try mk-2866 @12.5mg per day for 30 days as see how they compare. From what I've been reading the s4 makes you a bit harder over all, but osta will add muscle a bit better. What is the general consensus on the fat burning abilities of osta?

i just ordered a bottle of osta- gamer is right ( gamer its schwell btw)

OSTA is purely anabolic- thus its fat burning/muscle building properties are better than s4- well s4 will lean you out more


but for muscle preservation while on a cut or recomp- s1 or osta


im even going to start a recomp my 3rd week of pct cause i will be on osta



not going to loose any mass there

Going to use s1 for a recomp in pct plus another month outside of pct take a month off then hop on s4 to recomp with it

can you cut bf on S4 without losing muscle mass one month after finishing PCT? with a calorie deficient diet or keto no carb diet?

Less calories with more cardio

Keto or carb cycle with more cardio
