Puffy nipples = GYNO?

I'm not sure if this is could be common in some bodybuilders, but my nipples aren't flat. they are a little puffy. Im on p6black and superdrol for 1 week. This is my 2nd time on a cycle.

should i completely stop my cycle and get on nolva or am I ok to continue as long as Im on nolva?
