Yeah bro I love being lean but also want to put on some more muscle lol I'm just gonna up my cals as planned and train my ass off and see where it goes lol. Thanks for the info on the osta for my rats they where very curious I should say.

I may keep a log on this cycle not sure about that yet though.

^^ i was discussing this with someone the other day, i believe its cause your height.

the shorter dudes like me like to put on a lot of muscle mass to compensate for our height. thats why you see the shorter guys tear up the BB competitions, you taller guys don't care as much about large muscle mass since you already are tall.

dude really its your body so you should decide what to do.. you have flexibility to bulk if that pic is you in your avi. so you can do whatever you want here.

when i was your age i liked the lean look too.. but now in my 30's i like to look big with or without a shirt on.

I like to look big without pants on...
