Optimal clen dosage, how do you know?

Right now I'm up to 10 tabs aday. Feeling shaky, slight headache, nothing too terrible though. Should I stick with this dose? It's been a week that I've taken to get up to 10 tabs. Will the sides at this dose dissapear in a few days or should I drop my dose?

I wouldn't go above 6 pills (120mcg) a day, after that it seems like the tradeoff with sides and increase in what the clen is doing FOR you is VERY little and not worth the increased sides...
