Oily Taste After Sustanon Injection

Sometime ago after i injected sustanon in my thigh i coughed alot , there was a burning sensation in my lungs and there was an oily taste in my mouth.I searched it and i read that this happens when you inject sustanon in vein.Now i am very careful i always push the needle to the end (so that it doesn't move) and pull the plunger to see if there is blood but still everytime i inject sustanon there is this oily taste in my mouth.

Yesterday after pulling the plunger there was no blood but after pulling the syringe out the injection site bleeded alot.Today i can sense the oily taste and the slight burning sensation in my lungs.Why is this happening?

some people have a reaction to certain things i would try injecting into the Delts and see if that helps.
