| Personally I like the idea of alternating the two every two weeks. The Keto you want to take with the Clen to curb the down regulation of your beta-receptors. IMHO cardio everyday for 1 hour is going to bring adaptation pretty quick and focus way too much on only you slow twitch fibers and aerobic systems. I'm a distance runner but have the philosophy of a sprinter. One of the few distance runners that is totally against long-slow philosophy. If I were you, I would cut the cardio to every other day but make it faster and more randomized. Check into Tabata sprints, interval runs/bike/eliptical, etc. Quick point - with the long duration cardio, your body WILL burn a ton of cals, but fat is our primary energy source and when you finish your body will want to store fat to make sure you are able to complete the long duration/distance again the next day. Sprints and fast running/cardio works both anerobic and aerobic systems at the same time and shred bodyfat. So what was that original question again? Look around for cycling t3/Clen and research your dosages thoroughly before the first tab even passes over your tongue. | |
