Lumps above nipples-Gyno?

I have two small lumps about 5-10mm above my left nipple, they are kind of sore when I push on them. Is this gyno - I have heard of lumps below the nipple, but not above. Help a bro out.

what does natural gyno feel like??? i have a small pea thing behind my nipple and ive never juiced. help
