Kidney infection?

I am visiting my MD this afternoon to see if I have a kidney infection (lower back pain, pain while urinating, fatigue, etc.) but wanted to know if any of you have had problems with kidney infection and/or if it is common. I obtain my gear from an underground lab in China and I am beginning to wonder what I am injecting into my body.

Fortunately, I have just finished my cycle and am waiting to begin post-recovery clomid, but am still curious about the frequency of kidney infections.

Not an infection but the same symptoms as yours. I was consuming nearly 400 grams of protein even those fat 2gm pills.
Doc said to greatly lower the protein so i dropped 2gms,lol, downd to 250 and more h20-problems abated.
