Injectables vs oral on organs

Thinking about taking the plunge and using injectables , because I'm sick of the nonsense involved in oral steroids(harsh liver issues/etc) .

how much (healthier) would injectables be on the system rather than taking menthylated compounds(orals) ?

Injectable steroids do not have the harsh effect on the live than most orals do, but they are still not totally safe. All steroid use is dangerous, you must accept that.
