The correct answer is that sometimes it goes away on it's own, other times only cutting it out will help.

my nipples were pretty messed up, no real lump(i thought I felt a small one, but I could have been paranoid). Took some arimadex when I was off and everything is fine now(except that I hid my arimadex and now I cant find it...). If you catch it early, normally you have a good shot at not having anything noticable and permanant.
