High E2 Levels on First Cycle. Advice on Adex Dosage?

Hi Everyone,

I am a week into my first cycle, which is listed below:

Weeks 1-10: 500mg of Test e (250mg twice a week)
Weeks 1-4: 20mg of Dbol kickstarter

I received my preliminary blood results and my test levels are >1000ng/dL, but my e2 Levels are at 60.5ng/mL. The average e2 levels are listed as 7.6-42.6.

Obviously, my e2 levels are too high. I haven't been experiencing any negative sides that I can notice. I have Adex, Nolva, and Clomid on hand. How much Adex should I take to get my e2 levels under control? Just for reference, my stats are below.

Age: 25
Years Lifting: 3
Weight: 205
Height: 5'10"
Bf%: 13

Start the Adex at .5mg/eod

Anytime you run aromatising compounds, you should start your AI from day one. Estrogen can elevate very quickly and before you know it gyno symptoms can appear. 0.5mg ED adex is a good start.
