2 iu a day in AM empty stomach, 2iu as soon as i finish lifting, half hour protein and carb shake, --HOWEVER, on non weight training days i only run the 2iu in the AM (no PWO) is it ok if 2 days a week im only hitting 2iu, or should i run the extra 2 iu before bed on non training days, to get 4iu every day??
