Lets get down to it,
Age 31
weight currently 305lbs ( was 320 2 weeks ago )
BF probably around 35%
Goal BF reduction ( atm )
I have worked out off and on for the past 15 years. Nothing to show any serious gains, but enough to gain a fair bit of strength. I have toyed with keto before and had some great success ( 40lbs loss 3.5 years ago). I have since gained it back with extra weight.
I am a very broad guy. Wide shoulders. my BF is around my mid section. ( gotta love that beer and pizza )
As I work split shifts my work out schedule is
415am 1 hour; 20mins cardio, weights
915am 1.5 hours; 20 mins cardio
1pm around 45mins; 20 mins cardio, weights
6pm 1.5 hours; 20 mins, weights
Monday to Friday
Diet Is Keto, I test for heavy ketones daily. I take an ECA stack in the AM with a beta-cret pre work out drink with breakfast. I also take another ECA with lunch 11ish.
Enough about me.
I am awaiting my GW and S4 to come in the mail. Is there anything else I should run with the stack for support? and why?
I will be dosing GW once in the morning 20mgs, and split dosing S4, 25mg in the AM and in the PM.
I'll increase the S4 maybe 2 weeks after the first dose if the sides are negligible. Planning on running for 8 weeks.
