Swallowed. Its orally bioavailable (meaning it can be absorbed through the digestive system after eating it). Therefore, no issues chasing it with the drink of your choice.

be careful with that stuff. Or, to quote an article, the company that created it abandoned further development in 2006 after tests on rats showed that at all doses, the drug rapidly causes cancers in a multitude of organs, including the liver, bladder, stomach, skin, thyroid, tongue, testes, ovaries and womb. hw1516 can be some crippling stuff. though i has some amazing effects.
