Gotta get those abs

Just a few questions to get everything understood. First off all i am 19 totally natural and about 11 - 12% bf. i can see some of my upper abs now, but i want a cut sixpack. My diet is good and i am consistantly losing fat. So should i be training abs almost everyday? If i am sore should i still do crunches? i am willing to put in the work, i just want the best abworkout. Any tips?
 
No, don't work them out everyday. Abs are actually like every other muscle and need rest. Every other day is O.K. But if you work them out every other day, switch your routine up. I like hanging leg lifts for lower abs. But actually I believe diet and cardio are more important for bringing out your abs.
 
It's all about bodyfat. Working your diet will actually do more then working your abs. Although I'm not saying you shouldn't work them.
 
3 times a week is good enough keep your excercises different everytime to shock your abs.....however everyone has abs so cardio is just as important
 
Diet is NOT good enough Trust me!!! I have the top 2 but the bottom 2 are non existant. And I have only a LITTLE fat over top of them!! Look at my gallery pics for proof :(
