Training Note:
Workout felt great. Good pump, great energy, and very focused. Strength felt solid and was really able to squeeze out the last couple reps with ease. The downside was that it was cut short because my gym decided to close early..at fucking 6pm. Very irritating.. ill have to make up for the few missed sets tomorrow.

Training Note:
Today's pump was GREAT. One of the best Ive ever had, which is awesome considering I havent been using any preworkout supps at all. Had amazing energy as well. Still have experienced zero side effects.. I even had a coworker comment that my arms looked bigger. So far so good!
