Giving blood + iron ritual

Hey guys
Here in France I've seen a doc well known in the gyms for saying that aas are not that bad actually lol and he coachs people running aas with bloodworks etc..
But he says that high hematocrit is actually one of the worst aas related side effects (he says the heart has trouble pumping thick blood and this is the reason why people have high blood pressure during cycle; and a risk for strokes etc.)
What he does with his athletes is saying "go give blood" then you come back and he does an iron perfusion to have the iron back. So you have 0 blood pressure and risks during the cycle.

This is the first time I hear that what do you guys think ?

giving blood every 6 weeks is a great idea. it also saves lives.

best way to handle AAS heart issues is keep dosages conservative, cycle off often, and run support supplements like n2guard.
