First time SARMs Triple Stack- Log

Finished the workout off with alternating sets of side planks and the ab wheel..4 sets each all til failure.

Training note: So far my what I've been doing to keep my form correct is to drop the weight down if I feel that it starts to slip and I start to cheat too much. Again, I feel that this has been more successful and I get a much better pump out of the workout. I have also increased my rat's dosage of S4 to 70mg ED. Split doses as always..this is a 10mg increase from what I had been currently giving him. He reported zero side effects thus far and I am excited to see what gains he'll make with a higher dose. Dosage protocol credit goes to Dylan Gemelli.

s4 is very dose dependant.Some people go upto 100 mg ed with no sides what so ever.Help up the good work brother.
 
Hell I'm at 50 split & at nite most lights are yellowish in color & if its bright outside & I go inside it takes longer than normal for my eyes to adjust
 
I've read it, great info. It doesn't bother the test subject so I just won't increase past 50mg, but I do feel they would benefit more at higher doses especially w such a high metabolism. But you can only do what you can do.

I definitely agree. My test subject has been following it to a 't' and experienced no sides luckily!

Today marks the beginning week 4 on my rat's SARMs cycle.. weight has remained constant. Floating between 202-205. Body fat is down, most noticeably around the abs, but definitely noticing the loss in the upper arms and legs as well. Forearms and biceps much more vascular. Strength continues to increase and muscles growing slightly in size and becoming harder and more defined looking.. so far I have been very pleased with my rat's progress.
 
Took a couple rest days then hit cardio today. Heavy bag workout paired with abs (side planks, planks, leg raises, crunches, etc..) with little to no rest in between for 45 mins total. Jumped on the elliptical after for 20 mins with medium incline and intensity. went a total of 2.3 miles.
 
Great log, keep up the great work mate. Do you find the side effects on s4 being a problem in day to day activity?
