I am 35 yrs old. 6'5" tall/225lbs. I am strong but not stacked and am in decent physical and cardio health. I have never been able to get cut and defined nor have I been able to get much larger than I am now. I have tried different routines and rest cycles, my strenth and stamina have been maintained but growth seems to have stopped. I want to put on some mass along with more definition. Also I would like to stay with oral gear if at all possible.
What would be a decent first cycle that would show decent, but not nessecarily EYE POPPING results?
