6-8 is better. Some pros in off season go up to 10. Feeding your body smaller amounts through out the day is better than slamming it in 4 meals. A lot easier on digestion and the nutrients will be processed a lot better

I'm with saymiles, 4-5 meals, carton of egg whites, I like ensure shakes with ground up oatmeal in-between, even put it In pineapple juice, you can only eat do much, FCK it, drink the rest
